  Kristin realized her love for design while studying visual arts in London as part of her undergraduate degree from UCSD.  After working in the field of interior design for 2 years, she realized that her passion was in “wearable” art rather than interiors.  Inspired by her mom, a copper patina artist, Kristin experimented with copper and patination in jewelry making.  As a credentialed elementary school teacher, Kristin is excited to share her love of jewelry and teaching with students at The Bouncing Bead!
