Autumn Earrings and Necklace

In this 3.5 hour class you will learn how to make jewelry from Copper Clay. You will learn how to
condition, mold, shape, file and drill your own copper pieces using Art Clay Copper! You will learn how
to use a 2 part molding compound to make your own texture plates from real leaves. You can use
these textures to make your copper pieces. I will also give you other ideas for texturing the clay. In this
class you will have enough time to make the pieces out of clay but will only have enough time to fire
the earring components. You will use a torch to fire these pieces. We will patinate the copper and put
together the earrings.

Class cost includes copper and tools to make the earrings. You will have to bring about 4-5 inches of
chain, copper head pins, beads or pearls and earring wires. Of course, the Bouncing Bead will have these
items in stock and you get 15% off not including bulk, etc.

We will be using a small torch and butane, if you do not have one you can rent one. We will only allow
the smaller hand torches to be used.
